If you do not want your photos used, please notify Jackelyn in writing before or at the time of your appointment. You may also withdraw permission for future use by contacting Hair by Jackelyn in writing.

Withdrawal of permission applies to future use when reasonably possible, but it may not remove images already printed, posted, shared, distributed, or published before the request was received and processed.

For clients under 18, photo permission must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-call/no-show appointments may be charged 75% of the scheduled service total.

Any cancellation or no-show fees should be paid as soon as possible and may be required before booking another appointment. Fees may also be added to the next scheduled service when applicable.

Future appointments may require a deposit after a late cancellation, repeated rescheduling, or a no-call/no-show.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, please contact Jackelyn as soon as possible. Depending on the service and schedule, the appointment may need to be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled. If the appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival with less than 24 hours’ notice, the late cancellation policy may apply.

Emergencies and unavoidable situations may be handled at Jackelyn’s discretion.
